Insurance Information

Luxury Dentistry NYC is an out-of-network, insurance-friendly dental practice. Our team is happy to help patients understand and utilize their PPO dental benefits.

For certain preventive and diagnostic visits, we will submit claims directly to your insurance company and receive reimbursement directly from your insurance carrier. Patients are responsible for any applicable deductible, copay, coinsurance, or non-covered portion.

All restorative, orthodontic, cosmetic, and other elective procedures are provided on a fee-for-service basis, with payment due directly to our office. As a courtesy, our team will submit insurance claims on your behalf so that any eligible reimbursement can be paid directly to you by your insurance company.

Before treatment, we can verify your available benefits and provide an estimate of potential insurance reimbursement. Please keep in mind that insurance benefits and reimbursement amounts are determined by your individual plan and are not guaranteed by our office.

We accept most major PPO dental plans on an out-of-network basis. We do not participate with DMO or DHMO plans and are not a Medicaid provider.

Appointments And Cancellations

Our services are by appointment only. We strive to see all patients on time, and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. A commitment to treatment is essential to ensure the best possible outcome; therefore we ask that you make every effort not to change a scheduled appointment. In order to provide the best service possible, cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than this notice and any missed appointments will be subject to a $150 fee.

Billing & Payments

Full payment is due at the time of treatment. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted in addition to extended payment plans through an outside financing company, Care Credit. An estimate of fees and estimated insurance co-payments are available when scheduling. Please call if you have questions or if you need assistance or clarification of our policies.

Emergency Dentistry

Our office is open Monday through Friday. Should you have an emergency beyond normal office-hours, please call our after hours office receptionist and be sure to give a detailed description with your contact information and someone from the office will get back to you as soon as possible. When the office is closed for vacation, alternate coverage information will be provided.
